Below I list my daily dosages of all my drugs. Please note that the times I’ve listed are for Mondays through Fridays, when I wake up at 4:00 a.m. to go to work. On weekends and holidays, I begin taking my meds whenever I wake up – it could be as late as 7:00 or 8:00 a.m.
Morning
R = Ropinirole 1.0 mg; S = Sinemet 25/100 mg
4:00 –> Wake up. Slather on 4 pumps of Androgel. Take Ropinirole (1 tab), Sinemet (2 tabs). Also 1 tab of Metoprolol (25 mg) to lower blood pressure.
4:45 –> Eat breakfast.
5:15 –> Leave home for school.
6:45 –> Take Sinemet (2 tabs) + Clonazepam (1 mg).
9:30 –> Take Sinemet (2 tabs).
11:15 –> Take Clonazepam (0.5 mg). Eat lunch.
Afternoon + Evening
1:00 –> Take Ropinirole (1/2 tab), Sinemet (2 tabs).
3:30 –> Take Sinemet (2 tabs). Leave school.
6:00 –> Take Sinemet (1 tab) (if I need it because, say, we’re going out for dinner…).
8:00 –> Go to bed. Take Clonazepam 1.25 mg, Nortriptyline 75 mg, Simvastatin 20 mg (1 tab), Sertraline 100 mg (1 tab).
