Yesterday I launched this website, and in the first 24 hours we’ve had over 100 visitors from 9 countries…including a sizable fan base in Russia, where I’ve never been, and who started checking this site out since before I announced it. Oh, well!
There were 355 page views; the average session duration was just over 3 minutes.

I also heard from many of my friends around the world, and received shout outs from the Michael J. Fox Foundation and Progressive Pilates North Shore – Pilates for Parkinsons, in Vancouver, Canada!
