One way to keep your mind active (part of “enriched environment“) is to create new jokes.  Here are four that I made up.

• Q:  How many soap opera fans does it take to screw in a light bulb?
• A:  None.  Just place the bulb in the socket and watch As The World Turns.

• Q:  How many  members of Downton Abbey’s Crawley family does it take to screw in a light bulb?
• A:  None.  The servants do it.

• Q:  How many staff members of the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research does it take to screw in a light bulb?
• A:  None.  The staff is already so bright and brilliant they never notice when a light goes out.

* * * * *

• Q:  On Thanksgiving day, how many members of my household does it take to screw in a light bulb?
• A:  None.  Everyone likes dark meat.
