New but Temporary Daily Routine
My husband and I are living in a hotel for the next few months until the house that’s getting built for us is finished. Currently, the move-in date is sometime in June, which is much later than we expected.
Fortunately, the hotel we’re in serves a tasty and hearty breakfast every morning, and has a gym and an indoor pool. So, as long as we’re here, I’m following the following schedule for my daily routines.
Bruce’s Daily Routine
- Morning pills
- Lumosity (brain exercises – also great fun)
- Voice training
- Swallow training
- Breathing exercises
- Meditation
- Book reading
- Back exercises on yoga mat
- Gym:
- Elliptical trainer
- Free weights
- Machine weights: arms + upper body
- Health diary
- Neck stretch
- Vitamins + supplements
- Chia seeds
- Lunch pill
- Evening pills right before bed
It may not seem like a lot, but it keeps me busy from morning until night.
And it also means my output on this website will be on hold until I can get back to “normal.”
