Breakfast and the Changing Seasons


We had the first cold night of fall last night, which means it’s time to change my daily breakfast, from cold cereal to hot. I use plain hot oatmeal (which has no added sugar and helps lower blood pressure) and add fresh strawberries, fresh chopped pineapple, walnuts, flax seed, cinnamon and soy milk. For beverages: hot coffee w/ milk, and cold 100% cranberry juice which has no added sugar. Did you ever drink unsweetened cranberry juice? Zowie!
