Sunny Sundays!

In celebration of all things sunny, Parking Suns now features every Sunday a different YouTube music clip about the sun!

This week’s entry (as well as other recent and upcoming entries) was suggested by my sister, Harriet Davis.  It’s Judy Garland powerhousing her way through “When the Sun Comes Out,” from her weekly television show in the early 1960s.

I can’t believe she was on every week back then, singing one fabulous number after another.

Enjoy your week!  And if you’re heading to Portland for the World Parkinson Congress, see you soon!

  1. I see Judy Garland is singing this song while standing in front of an open trunk. Is she packing her bags for the World Parkinson Congress that you all are going to? With that sequined and backless dress, she’ll be the best dressed woman there. Or will she not? I wish I were goingl.
