Parking Sun: Parking Lot Version

IMG_1977

Here’s our parking lot, which has a great view of the Hudson River.  The sun is parked somewhere to the upper right of the photo.  You can see the gray underside of some clouds.  As the Cowardly Lion said, “Ain’t it the truth!  Ain’t it the truth!”

You can also see the bright river just behind the green willow tree, and the dark cliffs (part of the Palisades) above it, an interesting inversion.

The  trees on the right that separate the parking lot from the street are just starting to bloom.

Once all the deciduous trees are in leaf, our view of the Hudson will be greatly diminished.
